This event offers a unique opportunity to savor the perfect combination of sweet and savory pies expertly crafted by our culinary team, while enjoying the nuanced flavors of handpicked wines by Sommelier John Martin of Arkansas Wine & Spirit⁠

⁠Where: Community Bakery (1200 Main St.)⁠

When: Friday, December 1st @ 6:30 p.m. (doors open at 6 p.m.) Food service starts at 6:30 p.m.⁠

The cost of the dinner is $50 per person and includes: all food below, wine and drink service (tea/soda/coffee service) and gratuity. Additional Wine pours and additional drinks to be paid for separately the night of the event.⁠

Menu :⁠

1st course - Smoked citrus salad: A Citrus salad served with wedges of pink grapefruit and naval oranges, served on a bed of rocket and arugula with a honey balsamic dressing and garnished with diced smoke Atlantic salmon.⁠

2nd course - Leek walnut puff pie: Sauteed leeks combined with a diced walnut, garlic and parsley minced , finished with a goat cheese crumble on a buttery puff pastry.⁠

Hearty sausage and sun-dried tomato hand pie: A zesty blend of habanero sausage with caramelized onion, potatoes, sun-dried tomatoes and creamy marscapone cheese wrapped in a flaky crust.⁠

3rd course -Chocolate cardamom mousse tart: silky bittersweet chocolate mousse laced with a hint of caramel and topped with a fresh whipped cream.⁠

Plum Galette: Juicy plums atop a bed of ground almonds on a rustic sweet shortbread crust pastry base. Mascarpone cream with fresh berries: A medley of sweetened berries crowned with a dollop of mascarpone cream.⁠
